Yamaha & JCM kickstart the Road Tour on May 8th and will be in all the major stores in Portugal to demo new guitars.

2008 Tour dates updated with shows for Rui Bandeira's Tour.
JCM will be performing as lead guitarist on this year's tour.
He is also working on original rock projects and will be working with Pedro Miguéis again... so stay tuned!

JCM prepares 2008 with exciting new projects and will get back on track with his solo project, ending a year and a half collaboration with Mickael Carreira as his Musical Director/Lead Guitarist.

"Mickael's Tour has been a great success and a full house yesterday at the emblematic Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon falls testimony to that. The show was fantastic and we thank all the people and fans that came out to see us.

The show was recorded and filmed bt TVI... so expect to see it later this year on TV.

JCM kicks off a brand new year as a proud and delighted father of new born son called Leonardo.

Mickael's 2007 Tour starts in Paris - France on the 21st of January.

Mesa Boogie Road King II has been added to JCM's arsenal of amps and will be used exclusively for his upcoming CD this year... stay tuned.

JCM is using a new make of pickups made in Brazil called Malagoli for some of his custom guitars. The pickups have an amazing tone and bite and compete with big brands like Seymour Duncan or DiMarzio.

He is using a variety of custom alnico 5 pickups... from humbuckers to single-coils and recommends you have a look and try them out yourself.

The pickups are available in Europe thru Rui Luís Import-Export

JCM met Scott Henderson @ Mafra's Jazz Festival on the 29th of July 2006, lending some of his own equipment for the gig because Scott's was
held up in Frankfurt due to misleaded flight connections... turned out to be quite a day!
